Jensen Motorsport are pleased to announce their partnership with Garbage Gorger, this new for 18/19 partnership will see the Hampshire based motorsport team join forces with GG for future events in 2018/19, Team principal Jensen comments "For us it is a good fit, Garbage Gorger are clearly the best Manufacturer of recycling equipment that we have dealt with to date, their machinery is much better than our previous suppliers and their attention to detail makes them a great partner for us, we will be holding numersous corporate days during 2018/19 in which GG will be present we we are planning ahead for the British GT campaign alongside them".

More driver training planned for 2018 for Jensen and the team.
Jensen Motorsport driver Jensen Lunn is again working alongside Sarah Wilkinson in 2018 with the teams Clio Cup Car ahead of Sarah's ARDS course. Sarah who has been progressing quickly will move from the teams Clio Cup car into the higher powered Radical SR3 this year alongside her ARDS test. The team are looking to finish the coaching program in the next 8 months before both Sarah and Jensen will team up for an attack on the UK GT Championship.
Jensen Motorsport driver Jensen Lunn is curently in talks with teams in the British Truck Racing Championship to drive for 2017, Jensen who has many years experience in GT cars has been testing the 5 ton, 1000hp machines and has shown imediate pace, team principal Mike adds "We looked at Truck Racing once before, but now the spectator support is fantastic and the championship has become very iconic, Jensen has shown his vasat experience can shine in this series and his early pace has raised eyebrows accross the championship, we are now in talks to secure a drive for 2017, watch this space !"
24th July 2016 - Jensen Motorsport eyes Brands Hatch this coming weekend in new car.
The Jensen Motorsport team are in final preparations for the shake down this weekend of the teams new SEAT Cupra R Turbo GT car at Brands Hatch. The car which has undergone a major rebuild at the teams Gosport workshop is in its final preparation stage ahead of Sunday's shakedown, team owner Jensen had this to say "The car came to us as a partial build, we have worked hard ensuring it had all the right equipment as well as upgrading the electronics and engine parts, the crew have done an amazing job on it, we knew it had potential but needed rebuilding and updating to maximise its potential".

29th June 2016 - Jensen Motorsport books shake down test for 24th July at Brand Hatch.
Jensen Motorsport are pleased to confirm that following some frantic reworking of the teams new SEAT Cupra R car at the workshops in Fareham that the first shake down has been booked for Sunday 24th July at Brands Hatch. Team engineer Mike Comments "The car was a good build but needed finishing, weve been ordering parts and reworking the car and our schedule is on track to have it ready for the 24th, the new team car transporter is also arriving this weekend so if all goes to schedule the first shakedown should be possible on time". Driving the car will be Jensen and Sarah Wilkinson as well as one other driver.
June 2016 - Jensen Motorsport purchases new SEAT Cupra R car.
Today saw the arrival of the SEAT Cupra R GT car at the teams workshops, this car will be used for tuition and testing for Jensen ahead of his planned GT drive in 2017. The car developed in Leeds Motorsport has the latest SEAT sport upgrades and the latest BAM engine modifications, its first shake down will be Late July and will be available for tuition from August.
June 2016 - Jensen Motorsport purchases new cars.
In anticipation of the 2016 testing program Jensen Motorsport are proud to announce the purchase of new cars to add to their Tuition cars at the teams stable, these cars will be used for tuition and as part of its feeder seats and promotional days alongside Jensen's GT drive in 2017. More information will be announced soon along with the first test dates on the new machines.
June 2016 - Jensen in talks with teams for GT's in 2017.
In anticipation of the 2017 Jensen is in talks with various teams for a GT drive. Jensen's Management Mr Aidan Cole comments "Jensen will be in GT's next season, its where we are meant to be, we will focus mainly on the uk with some European rounds, we are currently talking with a few teams as we have a very clear picture of what we want, but welcome any interested teams to get in touch".
With many years of experience in GT racing to his name Jensen is keen to race at the highest level, but which car and team is important. More news will be coming soon.
May 2016 - Jensen confirms testing plans for 2016.
With the 2017 season on its way Jensen has confirmed testing will start in September this year in preparation for a full championship in 2017. Jensen has taken a 2 year sabatical to concentrate on other business interests and now feels ready to return to the track, on his testing Jensen comments "For me its like any sport, its all about practice, I have been away for 2 years and although have many years of expereince on all the uk and most European circuits I will test for the remainder of this season to get myself back up to speed".
Jensen has tested two Radicals, an SR1 and an RXC, two very different chassis with open and closed cockpits, both cars impressed on the day, Jensen Motorsport is now in talks for a full GT drive for Jensen in 2017.
Jensen Tests BMW and Jaguar.
Jensen and his manager Mr Aidan Cole were at Silverstone recently with Mike Moss Motorsport and Simon Green Motorsport to taste what they have to offer, first off Jensen got to drive the fresh build BMW E46 of Moss Motorsport, in damp and cold conditions Jensen soon got right onto the cars pace and posted some impressive times. Jensen Comments "Mike and his crew have done a great job with the car, it ran strong all morning and responded well to tyre and set-up changes, it certainly is a very serious option for us going forward".
Late in the afternoon Jensen worked with the Simon Green Motorsport team alongside Freddie Hunt in the stunning Jaguar, unfortunately engine problems hampered the running which meant Jensen didnt get any real time in the car but familiarised himself with the machine, the crew and the other drivers, a dedicated test day is now being planned to give Jensen some seat time in the supercharged monster, Manager Aidan adds "Its a real exciting project, Simon and the crew clearly know what they are doing with the development and i am sure Jensen can deliver the lap times that the team deserve, we will be back to have some more time in the seat then make some decisions from there".
